		<description>It&#039;s a good win indeed. I don&#039;t think anyone who I&#039;ve wanted to win in the last five cycles ever one but at least with this cycle I&#039;m not totally disappointed. I&#039;ve wanted a curvy model to win for some time. And as you say what really keeps us watching is the antics. I&#039;m gearing up for the next cycle of CNTM. :) Cheers!</description>

		<description>as i&#039;m sure you&#039;ve already figured out....those extra special reward helpings of pizza, cheese, sticks, and other creamy delicious comfort foods are undoing all the good your 30 min of cardio and 20 min of weight training are doing. its good you know you&#039;re an emotional eater. that&#039;s step one. step two is figuring out how to get that snacky satisfaction without actually snacking. i&#039;ll often eat when i&#039;m bored, in which case my oral fixation has taken over and i&#039;m not really hungry, i just want something in my mouth. gum is a good emotional pacifier for this. so is drinking lots of water. reward yourself with another helping of something good for you. and if you do go for the bad stuff, only eat the recommended serving size listed on the package. serving size: 1 cookie. that&#039;s all you get. and don&#039;t reward yourself like that everyday. your reward should start to be your clothes fitting loser and your stamina and endurance rising. no longer being out of breath chasing abby around should be a reward. i have faith in you. you can do this. or should i say you can&#039;t so you&#039;ll have to prove me wrong ;) 
those 8lbs could very well be water weight depending on how quick you put them back on. water weight fluctuates fast. fat takes its time coming off and coming on.
